4GB micro sd in a Black label LG SHINE KE970

I have been searching for a firmware update as the only 4gb I have is kingston,but yet my kingston 1GB works in it and I swore I read folks have working 4GB micros in their unit.

This is unlocked BTW.

Have you tried it? Is the 4Gb an HC card or regular?
