4GB Flash iPod coming?

Just read an article on the WSJ saying speculation on this device has sent memory manufacturers scrambling to retool their DRAM lines and convert some to NAND production (Samsung and Hynix have already done so.) Can't link the article, but paraphrasing, NAND prices are steady, and rumor has it Apple has started contacting manufacturers about supply/capacities. With increased production, prices could fall 30% by year's end, and I expect we'll finally start seeing some of those hybrid hard drives.

Wondering if anyone else has heard details of the new iPod. Will this be the iPod micro? Will iPod mini capacities move up to 8GB/10GB??

that would be sweet but a 20 gig flash ipod would work for that, and cost much less
