Sold out already. Thanks for the tip though.

i've been looking at something like that for awhile but i doubt i'd use it much. for $100+ seems not worth it. but for $50, i'd jump at that if it comes back in stock.

I got this awhile back to shoot short home movies. It works OK. Two issues I have is that it doesn't do low light well and the mic on it doesn't pick up sound from a distance. I would say 6-7ft is the limit for normal talking for it to pick up. For $50 it would be a nice deal. The reason I picked this over Flip was this was widescreen.

FWIW, the Kodak Playsport Zx3 is on sale for $114:

http://www.amazon.com/Kodak-PlaySpor...dp/B0030MITDK/

* Full 1080p (also 60fps 720p - good for slow motion in your video editing software)
* 5 megapixel stills (widescreen)
* Easy to use
* Waterproof to 10-feet
* Durable body (water, dust, drop-proof)
* Electronic image stabilization (rare for handheld cameras like this)

You can get two knockoff KLIC-7004 batteries with a combo wall/car charger for about $12 shipped on eBay. Takes a regular SD card. You can get a 16GB Class 6 SDHC card with a USB card reader for $29 on Amazon: (search for "16gb class 6" if the $29 price doesn't come up from the link)

This is a bit more of a go-anywhere kind of handheld camera. Still a great price!
