Is there any performance hit running 4 sticks of memory on C2D setup? I know with nForce 4 and 939 I heard more then 2 stick you couldn't run dual channel or there was a performance hit. Not sure what the problem was.

I was thinking about buying another 2gb when memory comes back down.
 
No, not with a C2D setup.

You can run mem at full speed and in dual channel.
(im doing it now) 😉
