4g Wireless Camera

A couple years ago I had a guy who worked owned a home security company show me a camera he had that ran on 3G/4G, would stream to your phone and send a text message if it was moved. I can't remember the brand it was and the guy moved away. I need some of these to monitor a warehouse in case of power outage/internet outages. I checked google but the reviews of most of them are pretty terrible. Are there any of these things that actually work?

you mean the camera has its own sim card that readily connects to the net without any other devices??? i have yet to see this one!
the cams we have at work are connected to an NVR. then to get online, we use a wireless modem like this https://source.sierrawireless.com/devices/gx-series/gx440/
