4G Broadband puzzle

So there has been a 4G mast put up literally 0.3 miles away from my home, but because my house is built at the bottom of a hill, the mast is not in sight and I have NO SIGNAL whatsoever at the house. If I walk about 60-80 yards I have full 4G signal with download speeds of around 80Mbps. What I want to achieve is 4G broadband at home.

What is the best way to do this- I have thought about using a 4G router contained in a box mounted in a tree (basically my mast) and running fibre cable back to the house and into another router as an access point. If so could someone guide me on what hardware and cable should be used?

Thanks in advance,

Josh

If you want a passive device that boosts your signal (and does not require a SIM to be installed, and the device registered), you need a signal booster.

You install the outdoor antenna (properly grounded of course) where you have a good signal, then run ultra-low-loss coaxial cable to your home. LMR-400 is a good middle-ground choice because it's roughly the same size as RG-8 coax. If it's underground it should be the LMR-DB Watertight cabling. You run that to the amplifier you locate near where the cable enters your home, then you run additional LMR cable to your Antenna.

https://www.wilsonamplifiers.com/weboost-connect-4g-x-cell-phone-signal-booster-kit-471104/ is one such example. There's lower and higher priced options depending on how much space you need to cover in your home.

If you have a Broadband option that is letting you put your SIM directly into a device, then the above options are cheaper and probably a better option. The signal boosting option I mentioned will benefit all cellular devices in your home.
