4CoreDual-VSTA & intel e4300

My brother has a 4CoreDual-VSTA Mobo and an Intel E4300 CPU and is having probs overclocking.
Can anybody with the same setup tell me OC settings used please

My bro is new to OC'ing so any help would be very much apreciated

Should be easy to raise the FSB to around 300 and keep the memory multi down to 2 at default voltages.

That memory will hit DDR2-1000 with headroom, just raise the FSB.
