Hello,
I have the following configuration:
****** AP3 -( ============================= )-AP5 ***** AP6-< (public)
*
******AP2-( =============== )-AP1
*
****** AP4-< (public)
(AP3 & AP2 are cabled to AP2 which is wirelessly connected to AP1)
===== - Wireless (WEP enc.)
***** - LAN cable
APx-< (public) - public ap
APs are WRT54G running dd-wrt firmware.
IP addr. are 10.20.1.1 for AP,1 10.20.1.2 for AP2 and so on. (All in the same subnet)
AP2 & AP5 are in bridge mode, all others in AP mode.
Firewalls are disabled. In advanced routing in place of gataway RIP2 router is set. (They won't work to me when seted to gateway).
The problem is when doing the following or similar procedure
Accessing AP2 from AP1 -> OK
Accessing AP3 from AP1 -> OK
Accessing AP4 from AP1 -> OK
Accessing AP2, 3 or 4 from AP1 -> Here it fails
After the time needed by RIP2 to refresh the route everything works fine until a similar procedure is made.
Any ideas where I'm wrong?
Tnx.
