It's not 120Hz.... It doesn't have an ethernet jack, and cannot play DiVX from the flash drive, or any movies at all for that matter. I'd say it's priced about right for a 60Hz LCD with absolutely no "special" features and only two HDMI ports. Still descent deal off course, because it's not a bad TV in itself...

Good deal...but if you have a frys around you, this TV is $449 on sale all the time and $530 for the 120hz version.

All true but not everyone has those need requirements. One can also use their "equipped" BD DVD player to get those "special features." Not 240Hz or 3D ready either but "you pays more, you gets more." If motion blur is a real concern one should also consider a Plasma set.

Good deal...but if you have a frys around you, this TV is $449 on sale all the time and $530 for the 120hz version.

And your local Fry's will add sales tax and if in CA, an extra $25 recycling fee (so will Newegg for those in CA).

Still, all things considered, a "decent deal."

As I said, good deal. Personally, I would spend the extra $30 for the 120hz...especially since I will be paying tax and recycling fee from both egg and frys.
