I just bought this Link from new egg and was wondering if i made the right choice for the X2 4800+ ?

In my opinion, the Thermalright SI-120 is one of the best CPU coolers for any CPU.

its a fine cooler, the ninja is better but the shogun is still a very good cooler

Im using the XP-120 with Vantec 120mm, and im sitting on 27C.

Using the SI-120 I'm down to 30c at Idle and 38 under full load with my 3800 Venice. Couldn't be happier with this sink and would recommend it. Didn't care for the XP-90 as well because it was a little harder to install and didn't get too much better than stock temps with it.

ninja is also made by scythe, its considered by many to be the best cooler available

You should have bought Thermaltake Big Typhoon which is the best of the best or Thermalright SI-120
