The item is a Lexar 4X 48MB compactflash card with a USB "Jumpshot" CF reader. Note that the reader can only be used with USB formatted (read "Lexar"
CF cards. To get the deal, go through brandsforless to J&R Music World and purchase the Lexar card for 119.99 (I'd post a link, but you'd have to through bfl anyway, so...). The item you're looking for is Mfg# CF048-235. Purchase it and go ahead and get the FedEx 2-day shipping (or anything other type that is <$20).
Bfl will provide you with a rebate for free shipping and a $29 rebatesince you're cost will be over $79 (this expires on Oct 1 or with 500 rebates; I'm hoping they remove it after 500 people use it...
Finally, there is a $40 rebate for the media since it's the old "slow" 4X type.
