You figure the CAS rating is a measure of latency in clock cycles (correct me if i'm wrong I'm not sure) so from 3 cycles down to 2 is a 33% improvement, no?

I'd pay for it.

But is it worth it?, probably not. It just gives about 5% boost in memory performance. (not all applications will profit from it either)

But on the other side, it's gonna be better ram, probably more overclockable too, and it's not like 95$ for 256MB of ram is alot...
