4790k + H100iGTX high temps

My temps for my set up have gone up pretty high. I noticed when playing BF1 every once in a while, the temps would creep up to 90c. I did some cleaning up of my PC and re-applied thermal paste and I am still getting high temps. I don't have any flow issues in my case. I forget what I have my voltage set to in the bios, but in CPU-Z its 1.32v under load. Is it possible that my H100iGTX could be going bad?
 
Either the pump is going out, or there could be a clog. 90C is way too high for an H100i. You've already remounted, so I'd consider asking Corsair.
 
Called up Corsair. Doing an express RMA. Sucks that I have to pay to ship the defective unit back. They should include that as part of the warranty.
