4790k bios temp voltage concern

I have 4790k asus z97 deluxe corsair h105 cooler. In the bios I feel the 4790k is running a little too warm. In bios I receive 37-38 degrees idle voltage 1.056v I compared my system to another person's system. Their rig was noticeably cooler in bios 27 degrees 1.024 volts same cpu same motherboard. Perhaps he has better cooler than mine I suppose but I'm wondering for my rig is this typical temp volts or not?

The cpu is at full speed until the OS software tells it to do differently. What you are seeing sounds perfectly normal. I don't see a 4790k running 1.024 volts in the bios unless the user changed the default bios settings.
