Does anyone know if this is real or not for sure?

People aren't replicating these kinds of results on air or water.

They could have been achieved de-lidded and on LN2 and on the verge of instability, but even if so, what practicality is that? From a practical standpoint even if these aren't fake, they should be considered impractical.

MHz are probably real, but cpuz isn't reading vid or vcore properly in that screen.

"and it is not clear if the CPU is actually stable enough to run anything"

ROFL..

Want me to bring out my 5.2ghz gulftown benches... which wasnt stable to run anything but boot into windows?
We saw how many gulftowns actually got 5ghz stable.. *rollz eyes*

Sorry op... that post doesnt mean much to us.
Were a lot smarter then we were in 2007.

Also to add onto IDC.
The lower the temps you get, the IC acts more efficiently.
So u can get a higher overclock at a lower voltage if your cpu is cold.
Think of super conductivity materials and the requirement of them getting REALLY REALLY COLD.

The CPU speed is real. The voltage is reading incorrect. If you download the reviewer kit version of CPU-Z it will show the correct voltage.

Wrong version of CPU-Z. Shoud use 1.64.2 from the Haswell reviewers' kit (earlier versions show stupid voltages for Haswell, like 0.6V under load).
