470 Watts Good Enough ?

Hey Guys recently upgrading from a single core 3800, 6800 ultra, gig of ram, msi k8n neo 2 platinum, 1 sata hd, sound blaster. i had a 470 Enermax powersupply for all of this. It was some light blue special gaming edition one, so I bought it. I am now upgrading my computer to:

Opty 165 Dual Core
Abit AT8 or Epox N4 Ultra ( Havent Decided but leaning towards Abit for Xfire.
ATI 1900XT
1 SATA
Sound Blaster
2 Gigs Of Ram

Would 470 Watts be enough for this setup ? Ive heard its more than enough, but i am just making sure.

Edit: Not sure if this will make a difference, but of course I will overclock the opty to at least 2.4 Ghz.

Yeah, should be fine. You can always double-check at: http://www.extreme.outervision.com/index.jsp

Every PSU calculator is pretty much worthless, but that one's the worst I've ever seen. Not only does it overestimate your power requirements by about double ... it actually says you should have 24A on the 12V rail for a non-SLI system and 35A for an SLI system. That's just plain stupid.
