You forgot to mention your budget for the cooler. But the link you provided showed $99.99, Canadian with air coolers. Clicking on aio water coolers showed several with the same price like the consair h80i and some others after rebates. Might be better option for over clock to 4.5ghz.

is h80i better than Cooler Master Seidon 240M? CM have bigger radiator, and i checked this test
and noise level is not good compared to for example Phanteks PH-TC14PE wich had almost the same temp.
probably i could change fans later, but i can do it for both(air and water), and to be honest i planning lc next year and something better.
budget is 100$CAD max.
atm i have:
asrock z87 extrem4
ADATA XPG V2 8gb 2x4gb
Seasonic G-550W
waiting for gpu :) (780/780ti/290x)

Yes noise is a factor to consider. Read for reviews comparing air vs. Water. Clearance space inside the case for the air coolers inside could sway you to go with aio water coolers. Glad I did when I switched from a air cooler to a kraken x60 ($108 shipped newegg) andI couldn't be happier.

Looks like the original H100 is $49 in store at CC, it's a clearance sale. Really the only sensible option if you can grab it.

h100 is in brampton where i live now, but its Refurbished with only 90d warranty. (normaly its 5y)
i can go tomorrow to ask what was fixed, but im not sure about this one.
about space, with cm690 II there is around 176mm for cpu heatsink, so i think everything will fit there.

If it has problems, you will probably notice within 90 days, right? And if it doesn't have problems within that time, you can be fairly sure it won't develop any. In any case, it's just $50, I don't think it's a big risk at all. The value compared to a current generation AIO is just immense

Hi
i back from store with h100. they said that everything was checked, so as u said if anything gonna be wrong i just bring it back.
i have just one question so far, change termal paste or apply new one? (i got arctic silver 5)
and which way is better to install rad (top of case) fans inside or outside?

Either paste is fine, but I'd probably want to avoid the 200h+ curing time of AS5.

Fans inside, blowing air out through the rad
