4600+ 939 replacing 4000+ 939...

These uber price cuts are making me want to upgrade my processor. I've got a 4000+ single core now and can get a 4600+ X2 for minimal expense. Would it be a noticeable upgrade...like pretty decent noticeable upgrade?

I have a 6800gt if that matters for some reason.

Wonderful upgrade.

Just don't expect a noticeable performance increase in current games.
