Ok, I didn't read the whole thread, and I'm sure it's been brought up.. but.. WTF? Did he like knock her out or something? Why couldn't she defend herself against the kid?

That's what I've been asking. But apparently if you ask questions like that, you're being too nosy and it shouldn't be any of your business.
At least that's what I've been told by some of our less tactful members.

Why are you still here?
Anyways, it seems those would be better questions to be asking....how the crime took place, as opposed to names and such.....

That's classic. You want "journalistic integrity" from an obvious gossip column designed to shock and titilate? That's rich. Regardless of how old you are, you must be a REAL genious.
No, you want to know what's classic? When you try to insult someone's intelligence and you spell "genius" wrong.
Come on, it doesn't take a genius to figure that one out. I hope this post titillates (note the spelling) you.
Admittedly, I can't spell worth crap. Fine, I admit it. I guess I'm not a genius. Please explain it me how this whole schpiel about "journalistic integrity" and how if you put in more information it suddenly makes a "shock & titilate" topic, I guess any topic then, worthwhile. Please.

The fact that a 12 YEAR OLD BOY could rape a 46 YEAR OLD WOMAN amazes me.... The only way i could see it happening is if SOMEHOW the kid managed to knock her out.

Dude, you guys are crazy. I've seen some big ass 12 year old kids and by the same token, my older sister's are all a bout 5' 1" and a shade over 100 lbs so I could definitely see this happening.
The unidentified boy was charged with four counts of sodomy and one count of attempted oral copulation.

Ya, he probably knocked her over and the old bag broke her hip....ok that was uncalled for. But seriously he could have had a weapon and threatened her with a knife or gun, he couldhave knocked her out, or maybe he was friggin buff. Anyway you look at it, the point is that the lady is the victim and I hope nobody is saying that the lady is at fault or is stupid and weak b/c she couldn't protect herself. Scary part is I live anywhere between 5-10 miles of there, depending exactly where it happend. And KRON 4 news rocks![]()

News stories seem to contain less and less information every time I read one. Now they don't even tell you any info except age. Wow, that's informative. How about estimated height, weight, eye color, hair color, etc? The descriptions are even more vague than the Unibomber's description (a featureless figure wearing a hood and sunglasses), now they just say "a person"
Breaking news- " a person did something to another person and then ran somewhere. The person is described as a person with eyes and hair"
