Anyhow, I'm off to bed, got classes tomarrow to feed my (narrow-minded and feeble, supposedly) brain and enrich my life!

And then I'll be sure to pick up the newspaper tomarrow so that I can read up on things that really doesn't concern me but I'm curious about because I'm mildly entertained by it! And entertainment's the essence of life! Gotta keep myself entertained (and to a lesser degree, informed about useless crap I'll forget in 15 minutes)! 😀😀😀

Calfornia needs to issue paddles to all parents with proper instructions. This kid will be a liability for another 70+ years on the system.

The fact that a 12 YEAR OLD BOY could rape a 46 YEAR OLD WOMAN amazes me.... The only way i could see it happening is if SOMEHOW the kid managed to knock her out.
 
Thats what i was thinking Marty. I know when I was 12 I wasn't nearly strong enough to take down my 40 y/o mother. He must've been bigger for a 12 y/o and she mustve been on the smaller side. Maybe he did have a weapon. Eitherway, why a 46 y/o woman! dude!
 
its scary that other kids go to school with him; whats to stop him from committing this crime on other 12 yr olds. man. things seemed so much simpler when i was that old.

That's why I was asking for more details before. I even pointed it out. But some of our less astute members made ASSumptions and flamed me for it.
 
Ok, I didn't read the whole thread, and I'm sure it's been brought up.. but.. WTF? Did he like knock her out or something? Why couldn't she defend herself against the kid?
