So would it be better if the headline said "man sized 12 year old rapes 46 year old 5'6" woman, or how about 12 year old midget rapes 7'8" woman. would that make all the difference in the world to you? Some people dont want to have all there friends talking about you being raped by a 12 year old, based on that they know your description because of the news couple with the info that you went on a hike that day. I sure as hell would if i was in that situation or at least be able to tell them myself.

Well, they don't know if he's guilty yet - let's hold on on condemning him as a person (and potentially ruin his life and that of his family & friends) until the court's judgement is set.
