450VX for 8800GT

I'm looking to upgrade the video card on my Dell E520 to an 8800GT - and to upgrade the PSU along with it. I was thinking about the Corsair 450VX. Will that be enough power? Does it pay to upgrade to the 550 watt version, or is that just a waste of money for me?
