Yes. According to the wiki article on it, the 4500MHD supports playing full HD content.

Intel's graphics chips have been rapidly increasing in power in the last year or two. It's nice to see them have a real integrated solution instead of something that barely scrapes by.
 
yeah this is basically going to be a work laptop / bluray player - I have a fully-loaded desktop that I game on when time permits
