4500MHD resolutions over VGA

I feel like I ought to know this, but I don't. Can a laptop with a 4500MHD IGP push 1920x1080 over VGA?
(I own a Dell XT2, if that makes a difference.)
 
My Acer 1410 with the 4500MHD will definitely drive a 1920x1080 monitor with it's VGA output. I wouldn't bet on it playing games (or even Hulu) at that res, but it works fine for Windows.
