I can't find any reference to these power supplies anywhere on the net. I wanted to see if it was a good manufacturer of power supplies or not.

Any first hand advice or links to the manufacturer would be fantastic.

Thanks.

this is the uneec model no. PS-XP450SP4 I have no idea who actually makes it but I doubt Chenming would risk their rep over total crap PSUs... I only saw one listing at PW but it seems to be a very good price for a 450 Watter.

Zepper - the link I posted above matched the unit in its description, but the fan grill looks different.

Here is a link I found to the individual price - link

The question for me is not will it last, but if it actually supplies the amount of power it is rated for. Some companies don't and others exceed the specification they put on the label. Antec, for example, has a True 380 that actually mased out at 472 watts when tested on Tom's Hardware.

As you say the grilles are different but that is easy to do as a differentiator. I don't think I've seen any bottom feeder PSUs that have either dual fans or wire grilles on the fans. If it is a Channel Well that's good, as Channel well is an OEM for Antec and PC Power & Cooling.

Cool. It has both of those features.
