I can't stand this.

I've been stuck at this contract job for two weeks with nothing to do. All bugs are fixed, all testing is done, and there are no more issues AFAIK to address with the current release of website I'm working on.

I asked why I'm required to be here if I have nothing to do, and the reply was "For warm fuzzy feelings"

😕

So I have to just sit here and be bored mindless for another 2 weeks, unless they find a bug. 🙁

If they are with the same company, you can start planning the work.

If with some-one else - decide if you can leave now and just keep yourself on call.

They probably keep you around just in case they find something wrong with the page. At least you're on-hand to make the changes and maybe will ask you stick around longer.
