44C for duron 750 OC to 945

my CPU is running at odd levels. I had it a 1G, but after a while, windows crashed. at that point it was running about 43C. I lowed the multiplier and FSB and its now at 945 with core 1.85 and is still running about 41C. Is that too high?
 
They say anything under 50C under load is ok.
I assume that 41c is at idle.If so,they don't run much better unless there's some serious cooling
