Haha that is awesome! It's got AWD too, maybe I should replace my Renegade with one 😀
 
Nice thing about an Insight is that you can get a clean shell for something like $500-1000, it's all aluminum, parts are cheap, and it weighs something silly like 1200lbs with the engine and hybrid systems removed.

How are the suspension and brakes in that car? Is the chassis up to handling 400hp?
 
I pulled a 1000+lb trailer through the Rockies in mine and had no issues with braking whatsoever, using the stock brakes. The body is very stiff too (aluminum is stiffer than it is strong, so it's very rigid for its strength), but adding a little extra bracing with that kind of power is a good idea.
