She got served!

Why anyone thinks that a snake makes a good, fun pet is beyond me. Granted you like what you like, but jeez.. stick with domesticated animals please. (Not that they can't be deadly either but still..).

What a way to go though.. I'm sure she knew the risks of owning such an animal.

Owning snakes as a pet is stupid. They don't convey emotion or love. Do you use them to impress women or what? Half the time you have to either feed them in a different container or not get your fingers too close or they'll "confuse your fingers for food". I think if I had a snake I'd put it in my spandex shorts and walk around the gym, that's the only conceivable reason for having one.

To each his/her own though

agreed. Except for the spandex part.

I think it should be illegal for anybody but a zoo or university research program to keep poisonus snakes. wasnt it a few months ago when some nut in Dallas let 3 fricken cobras loose in a housing project? considering the environment in Dallas those snakes would have thrived if they hadent been caught.

What if it wanted to mate and then go back in its hole? 😱

I have a few pet snakes myself. I have 2 ball pythons, a few gardener snakes and had a red tail boa.

NONE of them would hurt a person. LET alone kill.

I enjoy having a snake because i think they are neat creatures. I find it amazing that they shed there skin and can go a long time without eating (one of my ball pythons went about 7 months. It had a respiratory infection when i got him).

With the ones i have NO you do NOT have to feed them in a different container. I have a set of 2ft long tongs that i dangle the dead rat from (i buy them from here frozen). I have never gotten bitten even when forcing pills down the sick pythons mouth.

BUT i would NEVER own a snake such as a Anaconda, or any of the hot (poison) snakes. NO matter how good you think you are or tame (yes you can actually tame them) you think the snake is. IT can and will bite.

I don't feel sorry for the lady in the least. As the saying goes you play with fire you are going to get burned.
