4350 vs 260x in htpc

Currently rocking an ATI 4350 in my HTPC and can pick up a $50 260x card. Any reason to go from a 4350 to a 260x? I don't game on this machine, but if it will help offload some processing from my CPU, then maybe it would be worth it. I do run multiple streams, watching a movie locally on the projector while my son might be wirelessly streaming a movie via plex upstairs.

I went ahead and ordered it.. It is an XFX double dissipation card with lifetime warranty from BB so can't really go wrong there. I like my R9 390 I got last week as well and its an XFX card.

Intel HD4200/4400/4600 would probably be fine for a HTPC.

I don't know about Radeon HD4200. It's from 2009, so it's pretty old.

How are you getting that for $50? It's still $78.99 on the bay.
