430w or 530w PS?

Not sure where the line should be drawn here... The question is somewhat hypothetical being that SMP is still unavailable for AMD, but do you think a 430w Enermax will be sufficient to power Dual 1.2 T-birds, 4 SCSI HD's, 512MB Ram, CD, CD-RW, and a Addtronics 8600 modified by Jim Hansen at Coolcases with at least 7 panaflo fans? At what point should I consider stepping up to the 530w (G651P-VE)?
