429 In a bronco?

Im looking into putting a 429 into a bronco. 1990-1 . Should I go automatic or manual. Will I have to cut off parts of the strut towers for more room, or will it fit with minimal hassle?

I had a 1984 Bronco (full size, if that's what you're talking about) and it had enough room under the hood to go camping out with friends. Also, I'd stick with the auto. They aren't exactly set up to be drag cars.

Broco 2 is teh poo poo.

I am wiz...Not sure on the trannie or tcase. Any ideas. I dont know a whole lot bout fords. I know alot about older potiacs though. If I could get an m-22 rock crusher on a bronco with the 429.SAWEET

So just different mounts, exaust setup, uh other misc and im game?

IIRC(and i know very little bout ford) the 429 shares the same bellhousing with the 460 and 351M. Any transfercases bolt up to them?
