I've never had any problems with Amazon.com, they've always shipped my stuff on time.... There are some things you should check on when you go to Amazon... they always have how the availability listed. Like I'm looking at "rules of engagement" right now... it says "this title usually ships within 2-3 days." Do you realize that means that "Rules of engagement" gets SENT TO THEM within 2-3 days, not you. Once it gets to them, they estimate from there. Also... the people who pay more for air shipping get priority over you BECAUSE THEY PAID FOR IT! if there is an order that has to be to someone in two days and another to get to you in 5, they're gonna bust their @$$ to make sure that order that paid for air shipping gets out... not that u don't take priority, but it's not like you reserved a copy of this Tool album had you, then you'd have rights to be pissed off.
Dealing with this company isn't like going to the store, you don't stand in line and wait your turn, your priority is dependant on what you pay for. If you don't want to pay for air shipping because it would be cheaper to go to your local store, THEN GO TO YOUR LOCAL STORE. There is nothing that says you have to buy from Amazon.com. Also... it's christmas... you aren't the only one in the world who wants their order from Amazon. I'm not justifying Amazon backordering your order, but if they're out of stock they're out of stock, but other people have paid more to get their Tool album before you. If you want things faster, pay for them to be faster.

I agree with hpkeeper, I have never had any problems with amazon, and I think they're one of the better e-tailers out there.

I think you are just a sniveling whiner who blames everything on someone else when something doesn't go your way once.

...hmm...I must work for Amazon too...

OK, Intake77, you just committed the ultimate act of cowardice. Just because the general consensus of the board is against you doesn't mean that your only option is to back out of the situation and leave everybody wondering why the thread is empty. You posted it, stand by it. :|
