420w or 520w power supply ?

I need a new power supply. I can't decide between the Super Flower 420w or the 520w. Do I really need more than 420w? I want this psu to power my future computer, which will be:

Athlon64
1 gig ram
1 hard drive
1 dvd/cd drive
Radeon X800XT


What do you recommend?
