Dead another card dead

I tri-boot and both XP OSs would not load. So I tried win2000 it worked. My pc was on overnight and in the morning it was off. My PC is filled with some lint. I think the lint caused the issue I just don't know. Well the AGP card fan on my Asus 4200 128mb card was dead. It looked like the fan blew off it was dislodged and not working. If I get a new fan is there a possiblity I can revive the carD??

Solutions ideas welcomed. thanks in advance. I appreciate it.

Grab a case fan and blow directly on the card. Try to post - if it does post then you're good; if not, well get a 6600GT?

It's pretty old, be happy it's lasted this long. Just get a a cheap 6 or 7 series card, you'll be very satisfied.
