4200 Brisbane @ 3.2ghz Temps

I have my am2 4200 @ 3.08ghz right now i can hit 3.2ghz no problem stable well kinda just a heat problem she will idle @ 98F under load she wants to go over 160 with orthos .

I wanted to lapped the cpu and sink andbody help with that?

Now i have plates at work that i lapped carbide with but there is to much diamond on them.

please put celcius temps on here so we can guage better. BTW, 98f is great temps, that's 38c at idle. Don't bother lapping anything, unless you have
a VERY flat standard you will not have as flat a surface. Get a better HSF if you are worrying about temps. You can hit 55-60c at full load before worrying too much. BTW, my Opteron@3ghz is a cool 47c under full load with factory heatsink.
