Anyone gotten a call from this place? Seems to be a credit card fraud/identity theft scam. I just got my first call. Reports on the internet indicate that a lot of people are getting these calls, multiple times.

Paranoid? Even if I was sitting at a computer staring at a google search box when my phone rang I would answer it anyway. Takes under 10 seconds to realize its someone i don't want to talk to and hang up.

You made the mistake of answering. You will now be called more and more and more and more.

If I don't know the number, I don't answer. If it's important, they will leave a voice mail.

I don't know, some of them get kind of hostile. As others do, I let it go to voicemail if I do not recognize the number. Over the course of a month, I got increasingly angry messages from a guy about a deal that he and the agent were supposed to close on. By the time he quit leaving those messages for me, he was swearing at the agent over his "bullsh!t handling of the deal" and telling him to get his "fscking ass in gear and call him," and such.

I get calls from TD bank all the time. Apparently it's their insurance number. They leave me voicemail all the time and it sounds like a party. Sometimes I get 2/3 messages a night.

Agreed. I often google the unfamiliar number afterwards.
