404 page not found error on Cisco 3560 switch - FIXED

After I flashed the IOS on our 3560 switch, I can no longer get to the switch's html page.

I ensured ip http server is on, and all the html files are there, but whenever I try to access the webpage I get a 404 error.

Anyone has any idea why it's doing that?
 
Reload fixed the problem. Not sure why it didn't work the 1st time...stupid switch.
Not that it really matters cause I always configure switches from CLI, but management always wants to see something "pretty" so I had to get it to work.
