403 forbidden message

I just tried to get into my ISY99 through my dyndns account. An ISY99 is a light control unit among other controls found at smarthome. I got a 403 forbidden message. I have never seen this before and don't know how to fix it. Anyone care to help? Thanks.

Do you have port 80 forwarded to your NAS in your router's settings? Otherwise you shouldn't be able to access it from outside your local network, if this wasn't the case, any NAS plugged into your network would be accessable to the outside world (at least the password screen would be).

I got it fixed. Had to have UDI the makers of ISY99 help and do a remote which took almost an hour but he got it. Not sure what he did but he said that is what he is there for.
