Thats the whole point of the list. Do it up to what you can afford (you SHOULD be saving at least 15-20% of your pre tax income). But do it in that order.

We will have Roth 401k starting 2006, many companies are starting them in January even though the IRS hasn't issued the official regulations on them yet. Everyone should definitly look into it.
