401k Distributions...

As I was looking through my current 401k distributions, the rate of return for the last 1,3,5 years on some of the funds is ~2%!

How many of you switch up your distributions often to keep up on the market? What do you go by? Some of the funds are ~40% return for the last year!

Should I just not worry about it and leave everything is blended stock funds and wait until I retire? 🙂
