Deal is at Frys B&M in SD, I'm sure it's at alot of other places too, the PS is called Vigor400 and the part number is 4055112. It is a chrome PS with 1x 120mm fan and 1x 80mm fan (both blue leds).
 
I bought a generic PSU from a computer show once. $20 for a 500W. Died a month later.

With fry's rebates, don't count on them being fulfilled. Been burned by them too many times...
