I would be interested to learn if this is a hormonal or genetic issue. Seems like any semi decent, responsible parent would say 'Oh Sh!t!' well before it got to the 400lb marker. She should have been on a strict diet a long time before now.

I believe the diagnosis was Cushing's

Here in the Netherlands they have threatened to place an 8 year old, 200lbs kid out of house unless his parents would do something about the weight. It was noted down as being child abuse.

But as this concerns the US I assume the parents will succesfully sue every food supplier, the schools and the rest of the state. They should place the kid in protective custody, and place the parents in a prison for the next 10+ years.

There was a short clip in that video of her with a huge plate of food in front of her... that plus the popcorn comment. Christ... There's nothing wrong with her... there's something wrong with her fvcking parents. They should be put in jail for doing that to her.

theres a 8 year old lad here in the UK, actually lives in tyne side, 50mins from my house. he weighs a whopping 14 stone. his mum just keeps feeding him.

they are considering taking him away from his mum and into care. she is basically killing her son with kindness

Ugh, that's terrible. My siblings (I'm 26, but I have siblings that are 3yo, 5yo, and 7yo, as well as 24yo) are of the mindset that broccoli is a treat... Now that's creative parenting. :D

broccoli is delicious, peas, carrots, sweed, turnip all good. cauliflower is abit nasty mind and i always pass on sprouts. but the rest coupled with good mashed potatoe, beef and yorkshire puds topped with a thick beef gravy is perhaps the best meal on the planet.

SUNDAY ROAST FTW!

those parents should be executed. even if she's hungry, at that weight, they are literally killing her.

That's still just under 200lb which is half of this fat bloater.
