400 watt Allied PSU at newegg any good?

Im running a 350 watt allied. Actually might be a 300 watt...I'll find out when I get home .

But im running my Pc with loads of stuff including a 9800 and my voltage monitor has everything dead steady. I find it funny that my low rated Allied is doing a lot better then people with Antec's .
 
I'm wondering if this PSU's fans plug into 2 pin connectors, cuz if they do, it'd be easy to mod it with panaflos 🙂

The user reviews do say it's a quiet unit though, but that'll have to go thru the ear test.
