400 or 533 FSB???

Hey people,

Ive pretty much got my dual rig set up except for Processors. Is there enough of a difference in performance of 533 over 400MHz FSBs on the Xeons? Prices for these processors arent bad, but I dont want to blow a wad of cash on the higher P4s with 533FSBs unless there is enough of a difference to justify the cost.

Any help is appreciated.

Yea go with the 533's. The chips have to share a mem line so a faster FSB helps a good deal in servers for the Xeons.

The each opteron has its own Mem cont. and HT connects them very well, much better then the Xeons. So a faster FSB really does make a diff. for them.
