400 bucks in under a week... how to do?

"CD Exchange" or local equivalent. CD Exchange has about a dozen stores in my city. They sell only used CDs. They will give you $4 per CD, no questions asked. <-they sell them for $8-$10 which is way cheaper than what you pay for them new.

Do they take CD's that have writing on them and/or no jewel case? (ie: CD only in good condition my name on it)
