24 Hour Fitness is now offering a Free 10 Day Pass for guests and non-members!

In addition to that stop by any Jamba Juice store, order a Jamba Light, and you can get a Free 30 Day Pass to 24 Hour Fitness! Make sure to ask since employees sometimes forget and don't give it to you right away.

All in all that is 40 days of free gym time! I would say this is probably the greatest hot deal out right now, since it gives you the one gift that matter more than any material object-your health.

I had membership at a Super Sport 24 Hour Fitness for just over two years.

WATCH OUT for their sales teams! They won't let you out of their club w/o putting down a credit card subscription. They're like rabid wolves.

Also, when you cancle your membership (like I did one month ago), they tell you that you signed a contract saying you'd give two months notice... so they have to charge you for two months after your membership is cancled!

The gym was AWESOME while I was going, but g/l getting out after your 30 day trial!

i too joined as soon as i walked in the door for the 10 day fre trial. but i really liked it and was bored those days.

quitting was even harder. first they wouldn't let me quit. aruged with me for half an hour. then they called me like 5 times in the next week to "CONFIRM"

haha, well i too signed up for 3 years, besides the financials, it was a good deal plus I do need to stay in shape...

now that I have a fitness center at work, i guess i don't really need to renew, then again, I still have another 2 years :)

yeah, i signed up for 3 yrs, paid about $799 i believe. that came up cheaper then paying the sign-up fees and monthly fees for 3 yrs, beside after 3 yrs it's $45/yr.

i guess u can't buy health with $.

I paid about $580 a few years back for 3 years. Now do $27ish a month for Sport clubs. (Was doing $17 a month for Active, but moved and a Sport club is literally 1 minute away from my house, compared to where I lived where it took a half hour to get to the gym)

$799 for 3yrs and $45/yr is much better deal, I got one of those. Anyways why do you guys sign up? I went over 3months of there free 30day pass before I got a friend to hook me up on the $799for 3yrs and $45 a/yr.

All I say is play hooky. Get the free 30days pass from Jamba and act like your not sure. After that get another 30day pass from the REPs because they hand them out to you like candy. You can get up to 60days free without giving any CC info.

got same deal about 5 yrs ago: ~$700 upfront with $49/yr thereafter.

Love the "thereafter" part. I go there 4-6x per week and use their hot water and air conditioning and my amortized rate after 5 yrs is ~$13.30 per month. Next year it will be ~$11.70/mo.

Of course, at 8%, the interest on the $700 for 3 years is like $182, so that makes my monthly rate a little worse than stated when accounting for the lost interest. Still, if you have a decent club sport nearby, they are good facilities (if you ignore the people that work there.)
