even though its a "server" case...its by far the coolest, both figurativly and literally

BTW, it can't be $63 apiece with a weight of 1,000 pounds AND that kind of shipping charge, AND it states '40-pk' in 3 places. You would definitely have grounds for a dispute if they tried to get you for $63 EACH.

Good luck folks... This is a common practice by many of the retailers, that they will list an item as the 40-pk, but what they really mean is that you will receive 1 of them.

Computers4sure.com has this same thing listed at $71'ish.

I can virtually guarantee that if you order it, you will get just one.

1. How do you explain the 1,000 shipping weight?
2. 40 Pack description

etc. etc. But i doubt i'll get any cuz it says 0 in stock.

If you want to go through the hassle, then fine... Assuming that you can get an order to go through. If nothing else, if you raise enough hell, they will comp it to you (although I doubt it).

As far as arguing with them, I am sure that they will argue back that you could not have had a reasonable expectation of receiving a 40-pk of these when they sell for $60'ish each...

If you go for it, I wish you the best of luck. It is just not worth the hassle for me.

Besides, even if I did get 40 of them, then I would spend the next month or two dealing with eGay trying to offload the stupid things! Sure, I could make some decent $$$, but talk about a major hassle!
