40.72 Nvidia Drivers Trouble

Has anyone had any trouble with these drivers with XP and Geforce T4200.
My computer started rebooting over and over, now will not boot at all.

I had the 40.72 drivers and it worked fine for the most part. I was running UT2k3 and other games at the same or higher framerates with the 40.72 but recently I reverted back to 40.71 because I read somewhere that the 40.72 drivers causes memory leaks or something like that.

I have G4 Ti-4600 with XP Pro SP1

i'm not having reboot problems, but i'm having other troubles with them.

I had a similar problem with WinXP and a Geforce2 Ti450 - after installing the drivers, it would boot up awhile, show the usual WindowsXP logo, then it would just stick at a blank screen. Booted to safe mode, installed the 30.82's, and it worked. The 40.xx drivers have just a few too many bugs yet.
