Can anyone explain me if I should enable this option in the bios of my epox 8kha+ (I only have one stick of DDR)?
Would appreciate any help!

It functions somewhat like a RAID array for your memory. It is definitely worth enabling if you don't lose any stability over it. You should gain some performance improvement in just about any application you run.

I also have a "2 bank" option on that interleave item. What's best? 4bank or 2bank?

Don't you need more tha one stick of ram and does it doe it withen the ram chips.

In the bios config guide it is explain that even with one stick of ram it can be useful.
